Due to high crowd levels, groups and birthday party reservations are not
available on the month of December, January, March and April.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at time of booking. Please give
us 72-hours cancellation notice to receive full refund.
Terms & Conditions
After confirmation through the mail, you have to pay the 50% advance or
the token amount before 3 days of the party date. Also the rest 50% to be paid
before the party starts and after decoration.
There may be addition in the charges regards to Conveyance or the
transportation fees depending on the STAR Packages you booked.
If the advance payment is not received or payment method is declined,
further work out for the party will be stopped.
Once the Party is confirmed and the transaction done and due to any
reason you don’t want our services, the money is not refundable. However, it
can be managed to your next party.
Premium add-ons are available by request.
